Can the bill payer see all calls and texts

My dad is the bill payer and account holder for my mobile - im 25 in a couple of weeks but theyre 'spying' on who im texting and ringing, and who's texting and ringing me 

_if the calls come from no caller ID's can he see

_if the call log is deleted on the handset is it deleted from the account (same with texts) 

How can i protect my privacy?

Hi @SophFred23  if he is the account holder you can't do anything to hide call information. You would need to set up your own account which would include porting your number to another network on PAYG then back onto your new account sim (that's assuming you want to keep your current number).

They can't see who is calling you or texting you. Only numbers to outbound calls and texts are shown on the bill, and even then not to ones to freephone numbers.

No… as above

No, outgoing call information remains on the bill.

If i delete them can he still see them? I dont have the ability to change anything without it seeming even more suspcious 

Will he just see No Caller ID at said time

Ive deleted the no caller ID from this morning - will he know ive been ringing someone?

If it's an Apple phone are you using the same Apple Id?

Outgoing calls will show in the billing section of the account, so deleting them from the phone won't stop them appearing there @SophFred23

Incoming calls and texts are not available on the bill even if the number is displayed.

Im not sure if ive missed it but its only OUTGOING calls and texts that the bill payer can see?

Yes. I think it's time to cut your ties with your Dads mobile account and have your own (providing you'll be able to afford the payments and pass the credit checks).
