Can’t upgrade

I'm trying to upgrade my sons phone for his birthday on Saturday but it gets to add to basket and then nothing happens I've been trying for 3 days now anyone else having problems upgrading? Thanks in advance

As you are having issues doing this online then call Sky on 150 as they should be able to place the upgrade order for you.
