Can’t received private numbers???

I have been into my phone shop, they said it isn't the phone. So it has to be sky.

 

i have missed a number of appointments now as sky won't let me receive private numbers ???

 

 

why , how do I turn this off???

Have you looked at your phone settings to see if there is anything that could be causing this ?
