Can't order a replacement sim

Hi, I joined up with Sky at the start of the month, which included Sky Mobile.

Everything else I was expecting arrived promptly (ordered at the same time) but my Sim Card never arrived.

It's been over a week now and still nothing.

I keep trying to order a replacement sim card, but the link just takes me to the sky homepage.

I tried via the Web Chat - same thing.

 

How can I order a replacment sim?

As you SIM card hasn't arrived yet then you can't order a replacement for it but you can order another one by selecting a plan for it via here:

Should you end up with two then make sure you only activate one of them so the other is cancelled.
