Can't make or receive calls

I cannot make or receive calls. I have tried asking the virtual assistant. I can not call sky as I cannot make a call from.my mobile

Try putting your phone into airport mode then after a few minutes turn this off.

Does WiFi calling work?
Which device is affected? If iPhone then did it start after the iOS27 update?

I have switched my phone off and on. Will try that see how it goes.

Will try airplane mode ic that doesn't work. Thank you
