Can’t make calls

Just changed over to sky but can't make calls... priority and secondary lines signal are virtually non existent! Help

Have you transferred your mobile number to Sky and if so has Sky told you that this has now taken place ?

dont understand the primary and secondary number ( as it's not needed anymore
