Can’t make calls

When I try to phone , it doesn't !

I can receive calls only ??

Anyone know how to fix this 

I reset network settings

and did nothing 

I moved from EE to sky and it shows 2 numbers , the orignal

and the transferred number which I set to personal , note sure if this has anything to do with it ?
