Can’t make calls to Uk from Lanzarote

I'm currently in Lanzarote and I can't make any calls to the uk ,unless I use WhatsApp. Data roaming passport is renewing each day . My spend cap is set @£60 . I'm at a loss as what the issue is . Data roaming is activated .

Are the numbers you are calling correctly prefixed with +44 ?

Yes all numbers are saved as +44

Have you tried manually dialling the numbers?

(With the +44 format the leading 0 must be dropped)

I can't even make local calls .

Hi @Rubyru  have you tried restarting your phone ? Try turning off automatic network selection in your phone settings, do a manual search and try other networks on the list.
