Can’t make calls on esim

I've changed to sky mobile few days ago and have an eSIM I can't make calls since this eSIM was put on(not by me by Sky)

im not very technical and struggle with understanding things. Could someone help me understand what I need to do thanks

Hi @Dalton185  one thing to check is in your phone settings if there is a primary and secondary sim setting then make sure your sky esim is set to primary. See the link below for esim troubleshooting.
