Can't link my Sky ID because it doesn't accept my postcode

I am entering the correct postcode and it's the same one on my address, but it seems to think the format is wrong and my postcode should have 7 characters instead of 6. It means I can't fix another issue with my mobile data because I have no way to manage my SIM details:(
