Can't link SkyiD to mobile account

Hello,

 

I got a mobile contract with Sky a long while ago now but was recently seeking to try and change my payment date. When I went to the my Sky account my account isn't linked. I went through the option to try and link (surname, postcode, account number) but it says that they cannot find my details on the system. I've typed every ppossible detail I can think of that it could be but still no luck.
