Been trying to get a Samsung galaxy tablet on sky mobile but keep getting "check the status of your account" and I've checked my account and everything seems fine with my account.

You will need to call Sky about this.

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
