Can’t get a PAC code

I have been trying to get a PAC code generated for my sim only account for several days now, as I’d like to move to another provider. Every time I try by text or online I get error messages. When I call customer services they can’t generate a PAC either and have said they will escalate to the back office to generate a PAC, but I haven’t heard anything from them. I've tried multiple times to call and I've also raised a complaint but I'm getting nowhere - every time I contact someone we go round in circles while they try and generate a PAC and then say they'll escalate to the back office. Does anyone have any ideas or can anyone help please?

Hi! Thanks for your help. Yes I’ve raised a complaint on that form a few days ago - I then had an email to say please sign in to talk to us, and was just sent back to cancellations who are the same team I’ve been speaking to previously and they can’t generate a PAC. I’m at a loss! Thank you for your reply though.

Hi I'm trying to get the pac codes to move to a new provider they have restricted our sims so can't txt I was told they would email them a week ago still nothing can someone help me

Why have your sims been restricted as they would usually only do this if a bill hadn't been paid ?
