I can't seem to change my number in my iPhone settings. I have tried an incredible amount of times, and have continued to reset my phone as suggested in here.
However, nothing is working.
I assume it is responsible for the fact that I can't send text messages.
Since changing to Sky, everything else has worked great. However it is just text messages that I cannot send / cannot change my number in settings.

Yes that's the one I'm trying in.
I have tried the number by starting with the +44,, 07 , 0044, and none of them work. I have tried numerous times, over days/weeks now.
Everytime I save the number and it returns to the phone page, the number has remained as the original, and not my transferred number.
very frustrating!

If I order a replacement, does it send it with the 'transferred' number as the programmed number (ie my current number now, as opposed to the one I started the phone with)? If that makes sense?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf Sky have told you that the number has been transferred to their sim then if you order a replacement it should come with the number you want to use, so the transferred one.
