Can’t call out on my sky mobile
I swapped over to sky mobile on an iPhone 16 3 weeks ago. I have just noticed that I cannot call out not even to sky through my app. If people call me first then I can call back.

I am having a similar issue.
Number ported from Smarty to Sky on Friday 14th March 2025.
I can receive calls and texts (that I know of), and can make some outgoing calls.
Many numbers when I call them, just give three beeps, and are then cut off.
Tested calling a number, got three beeps, used the number to call my mobile, it rang and connected.
Called that number from my mobile, and it rang and I could connect.
About an hour later, tried the number again, now getting the three beeps again.
Sky say there is an issue in my area (South Devon), but it says about slow data. Not what the problem is.
They won't do anything (I requested a repalcement SIM, as other with the issue say it may help), asked to wait 48 hours.
Sky need to look into this as I've read plenty of other have this problem.
