Can’t call or text
Can't call or text anyone.
My sim apparently has zero data on it but when rolling from my piggy bank it does not show I'm doing this even though it's taking it off my piggy bank total
it's showing 5G on my phone but when someone calls me it doesn't call, when I call someone, it doesn't call. I can't text either or receive texts
what is happening? Very frustrating
only works on WiFi when I go on WhatsApp. No internet either without WiFi!

Re: Can’t call or text
Hello,
I've been having exactly the same issue since Friday morning. I spoke to advisors on Friday afternoon (the first two hung up on me). The third told me there'd been a technical fault and it could take 48-72 hours to sort itself. It's the same for all 4 sim cards on my account.
I was offered a pathetically 'gesture of good will' £2 a month off one sim card for 12 months!
Before I got through to an advisor I followed the troubleshooting steps, which resulted in my factory resetting my phone. Having thought I'd backed everything up I actioned the reset. Of course, not everything was backed up and I've lost loads of important numbers and info.
I'm really hoping that it comes back on this afternoon as I use my phone for work b ut more importantly keep track of my kids location to and from school etc
I'll be raising a complaint as soon as the network is reinstated. The advisor had the audacity to try and sell me a Sky Movies package midway through the call.
