Not sure what sort of help you want from other customers?

 

But if you pay by Direct Debit then a failed collection will be reattempted after 10 days before late payment charges and restrictions are applied.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Craigster76 You need to call customer service to see if they can help. Just be aware that there may be nothing that can be done and that your service may be restricted when the bill is missed.

Also be aware @Craigster76  sky don't accept promises to pay no matter what the sky CS operators may say.
