Discussion topic: Can't activate sim

I recently received a sky pad 8 tablet from the government bc I'm on EBT food stamps. Now this tablet says it has data and it came with the SIM card but I can't figure out how to activate it so I have data when I leave the house. As of right now all I can do is Hook the tablet up to my Wi-Fi. Please help me figure out how to activate the SIM card so that I have data for this tablet. Thanks so much!
