Can’t activate replacement SIM
I recently ordered a new SIM card, but when I tried to activate it, the webpage went blank, leaving me with no further steps to follow.

Have you tried again or perhaps tried a different web browser or device. If you have then calling is your only option:
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Hi did you find a fix for this? Having the exact same issue when I click to activate my sim replacement the page just goes blank. I've tried on multiple browsers and devices. Been without service for 4 days
