Can't activate eSIM

I still haven’t received a confirmation code for my eSIM. I’ve been given conflicting information from support agents — I was advised to purchase a second eSIM because the first one wasn’t generating a code, but the second one hasn’t generated a code either. It has now been over 24 hours since both eSIMs were ordered, and I still haven’t received anything. Could someone please assist me with this? I would really appreciate some clarity before I consider cancelling.

Further to my update this morning a few minutes I managed to work out to sort my issue with the eSIM.

 

The instructions in the email are misleading.

 

Once I had installed the eSim on my device the setup process the device no longer required a confirmation code and my device was able to active the eSIM from there so all sorted.

To try and get you some help I have escalated your post to the Sky Community Messaging Team.

Look out for a post on this thread from one of the team inviting you to a private chat and then you should see a coloured speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread periodically.

Did you get sorted. Same happened to me and I am up and running without confirmation code just today I got help after 2 weeks

Yes this was the same for me it was quite easy but anytime i called sky to sort it out i was given the run around then eventually I got a lady that talked me through it in 5 mins and it worked. 

I dont understand why all the others i was talking to couldn't do this
