Can't activate eSIM

I've had my phone a week, contacted customer support 4 times and still have not recieved a confirmation code for my eSIM. I've been given contradicting information from support agents, I was sold a new eSIM because the first wasnt generating a code and the second one hasnt generated a code either. Contacted them again and they said I need to wait 24 hours for my code... its been 24 hours since second eSIM was ordered and still no code. Can anyone help me please before I lose my mind? Seriously considering cancelling
