Can't access Sky Mobile App

Hi, I have recently upgraded my phone and I can't access Sky Mobile App on my new phone. Everytime I try to log in it says 'your account is not authorised to access the MySky app'. I have tried logging in on my laptop on my own and my step dads account (he is the main holder with broadband/TV etc) and the mobile account is linked on both so not sure what the problem is.
