Can I use International Saver whilst in Brazil

I am going to Brazil but can't get a definitive answer on whether Sky International Saver operates whilst there

Hi @Joe04  the tariff guide says it covers calls to certain international destinations from the UK and roaming passport plus destinations, this would indicate it doesn't cover local calls while there. Page 18.
