Can I cancel

Got my 2 new sims about 3 weeks ago and data speeds compared to my previous supplier are terrible... does the 30 day cooling off period cover still if the sim has been activated does anyone know ?

The only way to find out for sure will be by calling Sky, 150 from the phoen that has the sim in it is the number to call them on.
