Calls from EU
Good afternoon. I have recently bought a SIM only plan from Sky. On the web site it says this
"Roaming
Not all who wander are lost, especially with Sky. Use your full data, calls and text allowance whilst travelling in the EU and the UK."
This leads me to believe that you can make calls whilst in the EU as part of your package. However, on checking the roaming section, it says that I will be charged £2 a day, each day, if I make a call. Could someone please confirm to me what is correct as I only purchased the SIM as I need a phone when I travel to Europe 2-3 times a year. If I have to pay extra then this is not the plan for me. Thank you

Re: Calls from EU
If you use your devi e in Europe then as soon as you make a call then the £2 for 24 hour charge kicks in. This then allows you to use your package as if you were back in the UK for 24 hours so you can make calls to UK landlines and mobiles but calls to local numbers will see your charged an international rate.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Calls from EU
I've found that comment on the page but it has to be read in conjuction with the rest of the page under 'will I be charged for using my phone abroad'. (That details the £2 daily charge)
You can cancel your contract within the cooling off period. Otherwise, there's a 12 month minimum term.
