Calls and texts are NOT working

I have a Samsung A5 smartphone.   Since August when I swapped sims to join Sky Mobile, everything has been working fine and I was quite happy with my new sim.  Since yesterday, when I try to make a mobile call, I get a message saying "not registered on network".  I was expecting an important call today, which never arrived.  When I called the organization, they told me they tried calling my mobile and the call went straight to Voicemail.  I never heard the call and it does NOT appear on the call log.  Please Help!!

Hi @Chas2810  all we can do is point you here but be aware some customers are reporting issues with the service checker.
