Calling sky to sky

I cant ring husband and he cant ring me both sky mobile we can text and whatsapp and call other networks how fo i get help yo sort this

What message are you seeing or hearing when you try to call each other? Have you been able to call each other up til now?

Sorry Daniel I wasn't clear it was saying I've dialled incorrect number and it's the normal number I ring I've done a network reset which has solved ringing  him but I've noticed when I tried to call someone else the same thing was happening but not to everyone
