Calling from abroad

I'm in India travelling apparently a Roming charges don't apply here however what I want to ask you can I call Sky mobile help  or any UK mobile and would I get charged for that? I currently have recalls to UK numbers within the UK

Roaming charges do apply as per this it costs £2 for 24 hours:

You can call Sky on 150 and also any UK mobiles or landlines numbers for no charge.

 

Calls to local numbers in India will see you charged at local rates.

 

Mobile data is restricted to 25GB per billing period.

I don't think the 150 number will work from abroad.
