CLOSE ACCOUNT

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT SINCE LAST AUGUST 2025.

I DO NOT HAVE MY MOBILE NOW NOR THE SIM I HAVE REPEATEDLY ASKED TO CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO ANYOE AT SKY AND GET A SENSIBLE ANSWER.  I HAVE PAID THE BILL OWING PLEASE CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT IMMEDIATLEY

You can't cancel anything on here. What (non sensible) advice have Sky provided?

NONE TOTALLY IMCOMPITENT. IF I ET THROUGH PUT THROUGH TO LOATS OF DIFFERENT DEPARTMENT THEN SAY WILL CALL BACK BUT I TRIED TO CLOSE ACCOUNT IN AUGUST CHARGE MY MOBILE PHONE AND NUMBER  AS WAS SCAMMED, BUT SKY KEPT ACCOUNT OPEN SAY THEY DIDN'T HAVE RECORD OF MY CANCELLING TOTALLY SICK OF SKY
