CHARGED FOR CALLS TO MYSELF IN MOROCCO

Sky have charged me for calls to my own number. 

Firstly that's not even possible as confirmed by there own agent. 

Secondly I did not make any calls on that day or at all while on holiday to avoid these kind of charges. 

SKY have told me that its because I received calls and although I did not answer them they still have charged me - nearly £200!!!!!!! 

Endless chatting to various team members with no solution.

A call back promised and not followed through.,

Morocco is a Rest of the World country so very expensive to use your Sky sim.

To my knowledge the costs are:

£2,160 per GB (yes that is 2 thousand)

£2.16 per minute Calls to local numbers or UK mobile and landline numbers

£1.80 per minute to receive calls 

£0.50 per text message to UK numbers and mobiles

£0.58 per picture message(MMS)

Hi @Sofia772  did you access voicemails ? I am sure I read somewhere that listening to voicemails can incur charges.

Did you get it resolved? I am in the same boat. My billing shows we received over a dozen of calls even though we have not answered any of them and they are also missing from the call history on our mobile. And we got billed for calls we have not made or taken.
