It asks me for the last two numbers of my account number but does it mean bank card number or sky account number?

If it is asking for your Sky account number then it should be this and not your payment card or bank account number.

I've done 2 phone orders this month, as part of the security checks I have been asked for the last two numbers of my bank account associated with my SKY billing, maybe it's that?
