Wikipedia says
S24 and S24+ are powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 in the USA, Canada, China, Macau, Hong kong, Taiwan, and Japan while a Samsung Exynos 2400 is used in the rest of the world including South Korea, India and the Middle East. S24 Ultra is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 in every market.
So from a legitimate UK importer such as Sky (rather than grey market ) you'd only get that chip through purchasing an 'Ultra' model.
