I ordered a phone and apple watch bundle last night. It said next day delivery but only the apple watch has arrived.

You might want to give Sky a call about this so they can look into what is happening with the rest of your order.

As customers we have no insight into delivery timescales or stock levels.
After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
(Next day delivery can’t really be guaranteed although the website might suggest that quick a turnover is possible).
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

Thanks for your help!
On my orders it just says the sim has been delivered. Nothing about the watch or the phone on either of my accounts.
