Bills

Last month in January I paid 2 bills at once. I phoned up and spoke to a lady and told her not to refund me the money of the second bill carry it forward on to February's bill so I didn't have to pay anything this month. I have woken up this morning to a payment taken from you guys. I would like that payment refunded to my bank.

Can you confirm that you see a credit on your account ?

 

Im not sure if you or not but it is advisable not to make manual payments as Sky will take the payment from whatever method you have set up on your account.
