Billing

I'm still getting money taking out my account for my phone which the agreement was until January 2026 and I've his just been charged why is this

Are you sure the money is being taken for the sim and not the phone as you keep paying for the sim unless you move the number to a different network or you cancel it.

 

If it is for the phone are you sure it has been paid off in full, so what does your credit agreement say there is to pay, you can see what is left to pay go to your "My Payments" section here:
