Billing

I noticed an increase on my sky bill and realised I am being billed for same phone and watch twice please rectify and if I can not pay for those this month as I have already paid in advance

We cannot rectify anything because we're other customers here.  Call Sky on 150.

Did you make an unnecessary manual payment?  (If so, this does not stop the automated one)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
