Billing

  • Amazingly you have told me when my payment is due . However I still do not have a working phone as I could not get access to sim port . My sim is to be activated on the 28th . Talk to me when resolved.

@Klapping You are not contacting Sky by posting here, the forum is a customer to customer support platform.

Have you informed Sky that the phone is faulty? if yes what have they said?, if not then you need to do so to arrange a repair, and you will still be expected to pay for it either way as your credit agreement doesn't stop while repairs are attempted.
