My phone plan ended 24th June can I ask why I'm getting charged this month for a phone plan that ended thanks

@Amandamumto4  Do you mean charges for the device or data?

 

Data plans will only end when you cancel them.  

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

What does next months bill show, does it show any sort of refund for this overpayment ?

Next months payment has  been adjusted and not there so it's not coming out next month
