Billing mess

I cancel 1 SIM six weeks ago still being billed 3 months ahead called sky 25 times no one cares and seems incapable of getting anything done

I take it you had this sim for more than 12 months when you called Sky to cancel it, if so when you last spoke to them what did they say ?
