please advise why my bill is so high this month. When it shows little usage

In case you aren’t aware, this is a customer helps customer forum so you aren’t addressing Sky Customer Services here. The breakdown of your mobile bill online should provide the answer. Have you bought extra data, any roaming charges, any calls to non standard numbers?
