Billed for a returned phone

I returned a phone without opening it. It's been received by Sky and no longer shows on my account.  It's still on my bill tho,

Billing will continue until it has been inspected by the company that handles the returns for Sky so if it has been longer than this and you do not see a credit on what will have been your next bill then you will need to speak to Sky about it.
