Bill

My phone bill states I need to pay £27.15 for phone calls however I get free phone calls and have never been charged for this

The inclusive calls are only for numbers beginning 01, 02, 03 and 07.  If you've made to calls to numbers beginning with other prefixes (e.g. 084 then these are charged separately)

We obviously can't see your bills. Compare it to a previous one to see where it differs. It usually involves roaming charges, sending chargeable picture messages, calls to non-inclusive numbers or a discount ending.
