Hi there,

 

I have recently noticed that my bills for IPhone 15 Plus are exceeding well over what I should be paying. 

I would like a resolution to this as soon as possible and a refund for what we have been paying.

As we are customers here and you are not talking to Sky support you will need to look at bit closer at your Sky bill, for example has a discount on the sim now finished meaning you are now paying the standard price for it ?

Any roaming, any mms messages sent, and non inclusive calls made? This all contributes to higher than usual bills.
