Hi. I had a new iPhone and sent my old one back for a swap. I got my usual bill and paid the amount which took about £30 off what I owed for the old device. But now I've got the swap bill through and the £30 has been added back on and you've taken more than you should have. I even got an email through with the confirmed correct amount but then you went and took more anyway. Can you please refund? I'll send screen shots through. Thanks. Katie

Oh wow ok my bad I did not know this 🤣
yes it shows the credit for the amount they've given me for my phone. Then they took the last bill amount which took £30 off. Then I got an email saying I owed £x amount (- the £30 id paid on the last bill.) but now they've taken another £30.
I probably need to call them up. I thought I'd put in some sort of request here lol.

A post here alone won't action it... We can escalate your post to Sky who should be able to action a refund.

Hello
When I changed my contract I was informed that my bill will be £99. a month.
My bill has come through at £152. This month.
Can you please check for me.
