Bill - phone swap
I have sent my old mobile back and you have not adjusted and taken this off my bill

You are only talking to other customers here and not Sky but what we can say is that billing continues as normal until the mobile has been inspected by the company that handles the returns for Sky and this can take between 2-3 weeks. The phone itself also has to be paid off so if you still had an amount on the credit agreement to pay then this is added to your next available bill.
