Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Tammyhulis once you pay what's owed (and the next bill if more than 10 days late) you must set up a new continuous payment method (eg direct debit). Once all this is done and your payment clears Skys account your service will be restored.
