Bill paid services not restored

Hi, my bill was slightly over due so my services got restricted, I paid my bill this morning and it says I'm back up and running and it should be working but it still isn't

It seems I can make calls and send texts but my data isn't working?

Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what they believe is owed and set up a new continuous payment method.

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. (If you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.)

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant, in fact any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.

I cleared the outstanding balance at 5am this morning and set up the direct debit, it says my services are restored and I can call and text but mobile data isn't working it only allows me on the sky app/website nothing else will work, really confused

It isn't usually that quick, especially on a bank holiday weekend. If you're able to make calls now try calling Sky and see what they say.
