Bill gone up no warning

Is there a way to contact sky through live chat rather than phone them, my phone bill has all of a sudden went up for each month now and I'm confused to as why

There might be one or two reasons why this has happened. It might be a discount is ending or has ending and also due to Aprils annual price rise of which you be sent a letter or email about it.

 

150 is the free number to call Sky on.
