Bill excessively high

I called twice now querying my bill I have asked the advisor to listen to the call and honour the changes I made with the agent on 13th December where he signed me to new contracts with discounts of 40% my bills have increased by more than 100% since that phone call I have called to ask what's going on and wa stole the call would be listened to and someone would contact me writhing 72 hours that was a week ago .

Did 'Sky' call you with this 40% offer?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hopefully not but if 'Sky' did call you offering such a discount you might end up being told it was a scam.
