Been conned by sky

Unfortunately I will not be repeating myself. I have spent nearly 4 to 6 hours on the phone to you people trying to resolve this. You have taken money out of my bank for a product that I've never received. You've taken all my piggybank data for a product I've never received. I'm sick of hearing oh where the complaints have gone through because one of your Agents oh sorry two of your agents promised me deals and then conned me

I would like to know how you've taken money out of an account promised something and then taking it back but not put the money back. I have got the evidence of the Samsung watch the Samsung phone deal with how much a month it was. I've received nothing apart from a £9 one gigabyte data which I didn't ask for I asked for the one gigabyte £2 a month data but I've got every bit of evidence and the stress this is causing me and I will be taking this further unless somebody from sky in the UK rings me not from South Africa or India or Pakistan because unfortunately they do not understand what I'm saying so I'd like somebody high up from sky to ring me or I will be taking this higher as I have all the evidence of what was put into the contract and how you legally took money out my account and the piggybank data and not returned it

There is a limited amount of data that can be used towards a new phone. It's currently 50GB of data for £10 off the total cost. If more has been taken are you sure it hasn't expired meaning it's been sat in your Piggybank for over 12 months?

No one from Sky will / can ring you following your post. Any Sky accounts you have are not linked to your Community username so no one knows who you are anyway.


If you haven't submitted a complaint yet do so as suggested by @caesarome at which point Sky will then have up to 8 weeks to resolve it or issue a deadlock letter.
